The Executor of this will is proved in Open Court by the oath of Geo. Jefferson & ordered to be recorded.

In the name of God Amen I Eleanor Mabry of the county of Warren State of N.C. do make this my last will & Testament in manner & form following (Viz):

I give and bequeath to my half sister Frances Mabry, all my land.

i give to Seth W. Mabry's son Ransom, a negro boy Henry, who is now sick, should he died, I give said Ransom, Moses.

I wish my negro woman Lucinda and the balance of her children sold to some individual of her own selection and the money arising from such sale divided equally between my brothers Jones, Hinchy, Branch & Seth W. Mabry.

I also desire that provision be made for the support of my negro man Sam and that Seth W. Mabry take care of him.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this first day of July in the year of our Lord eixhtteen hundred and forty five, I also wish to pay my medical bills.
