Einar C Jorgensen died August 29, 1992 at the United Pioneer Nursing Home in Luck. He was 88 years old. He was born July 20, 1904 to Martin and Marie Jorgensen of Luck. He was raised on the family farm alnog with two brothers and two sisters. In 1930 he was united in marrage to Isabel Cummings of Ogema. To theis union five children where born. After living in several Wisconsin farming communities working as a cow tester, they returned to the Frederic and Luck area, living on there farm just south of Frederic. Einar worked more than 30 years serving the Luck community with home dilivery as a milkman and continued to farm their land in the home grown vegetable buisness. Upon retirement in the early 1980s, they moved to their home in Frederic at the Swanson mobile Park where Isabell still resides. Einar entered the Pioneer Home three years ago due to failing health. In exchange for the loving care from the staff, Einar shared his unique sense of humor. He is survived by his wife Isabell; daughters Marie McElwee and husband Ronald of Huntsville, Alabama; Jean Flanigan and husband Bob of Webster; Joan Anderson of Minneapolis; Marlys Armstrong and husband Kenneth of Cushing; one son John Jorgensen and wife Tania of Peoria, Ill.; sisster Millie Laursen of Luck; 18 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in-law. He was preceded in death by his parentstwo brothers, George and Roy, and one sister Leta. Funeral services were helled August 30 at the Immanuel Lutheran church in Fredericwith the Rev. Darneuer officiating. Organist was Mary Lou Daeffler. Pallbears were Harold Anderson, Ross Anderson, Kenneth Armstrong, Milton Daeffler Ronald McElwee and Mark Petzel. Interment was at the Maple Grove Cemetary in Frederic. The Carlson-Rowe Funeral Home assisted in the arrangments. |
