    MRS. SCHUG IS TAKEN BY DEATH
    Mrs. John Schug Dies This Afternoon At Fort Wayne Hospital

    Mrs. Effie Woodard Schug, 61, prominent Decatur lady and widow of the late John Schug, died this afternoon at 1:47 o'clock at the Lutheran hospital in Fort Wayne.

    The attending physician attributed death to uremia. She had been in ill health for some time and was taken to the Fort Wayne hospital Saturday night when her condition became serious.

    She was born in this city, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Woodard, and resided here her entire life. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church.

    Surviving are three children: George Schug of Roanoke, Virginia; Mrs. Arthur Ambler of Washington, D. C., and Dr. Richard Sehug of Selfridge Field, Mt. Clemens, Michigan.

    The body was to be returned here late this afternoon by the Zwick funeral Home.
    Funeral services will likely be held Thursday but definite arrangements have not been completed.
