   Effie Wright, 92, of Rt. 5, 12600 Winchester Road, Cumberland, Md., died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1993, at Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Aug. 28, 1900, in Garrett County, Md., daughter of the late John, and Annie (Baer) Meese.  Also preceded in death by husband, Harry Wright.
