1940 census for Election District 3, Baltimore, Maryland: Page Mason Russell, widow, 58, born WVa, was in the household of Cleon M. Shutt, 35, born WVa, fuel oil salesman. Cleon's wife was Sue, 29, born WVa (Page's daughter). The Shutt's had a daughter Page Mason, 5, born in Maryland, and a son, Cleon M., 3, born in Maryland. There was a 55 year old servant named Mabel Jones. In 1935 they were in the same house in Stevenson, Baltimore County. Page Russell reported that she was a secretary for a private family.
