Edwin Van Payne, age 61, resident of Mansfield Ave., Shelby died August 13, 2010 at his home.

Born April 1, 1949 in Shelby to Edwin H. and Corrine (Crum) Payne, he had been a lifelong Shelby resident. A 1968 graduate of Shelby High School, he was employed with the Shelby Autocall and Package Insights.

Survivors include an aunt, an uncle, cousins and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
