Croxton ; engaged in battles before Corinth, and at Chaplin Hills or Perrysville; took a rebel flag at Elizabethtown, Ky.; was “with Carter's Raid” across the Cumberland, Mts. ; engaged at Chickamauga, Dandridge, Tenn., Franklin, Tenn., Pulaski, Florence, and many other places.
