Had a tailoring business at Wood Green 1901 : the family were living at 29 Lymington Ave, Wood Green. 1911 : the family were living at 4 Lymington Ave but Doris is a patient in the Great Northern Central Hospital, Upper Holloway. In letter written by Doris Smith Oct 1941 it states that Edwin was going to move to Clacton. In letter dated May 1946 he is living in a bungalow there with presumably his 2nd wife.
