    Funeral services for Edwin Babcock, 88, Milton, were held Monday afternoon in the Seventh Day Baptist Church, Milton, the Rev. Elmo Fitz Randolph officiating. Burial was in Milton Cemetery.
    Pallbearers were J. Pitt Holmes, Jack Garnett, Wayne Davidson, Donald Kerr, Homer Green and Theron Ochs.
    The son of Stillman and Frances Babcock, he was born in Rock County July 9, 1872. He was a plumber and beekeeper.
    Surviving are his wife, Martha; two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Chapin, Janesville, and Mrs. Edwina Newmann, Edgerton; a step-daughter, Genevieve LaRowe, Beloit. A brother preceded him in death.
