This is the last Will and Testament of me(date?) Edward Wade of Saint Helens in the Isle of Wight, Mariner. (that is to say? that is to say) I give, devise, divide, and bequeath unto my sons Edward Wade and Emmanuel Wade, both of Saint Helens (aforesaid? aforesaid) mMariners. AAll those my two cottages with the yards and gardens (the inside? thereunto) belonging in the several occupations of myself and Mary Stamp--------- all those two pieces of land----------- called ---------- Cliff Common and the Butt and (rights? rights) of Common with the appurtenances— s situate (delicate?) ----- and being at Saint Helens aforesaid and also all and---------- ----------- ----------- (singular? singular) my monies(invoices?) securities f/or money household goods and other my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever------/----- and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever of which------ -----.
