   Edward C. Shope, 88, Englewood, Fla., formerly of Meyersdale, died Dec. 11, 1994, in Venice, Fla.  Born Nov. 9, 1906, in Meyersdale, son of the late B.F. and Laura (Dubbles) Shope.  Also preceded in death by his first wife, the former Minnie Beal.  Survived by his second wife, the former Linda Allen.  Also survived by a brother, W. Garfield Shope, Meyersdale.  Retired from B.F. Goodrich Co, with 20 years of service.  A veteran of the U.S. Navy, World War II.  Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday.  Interment, Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
