- Know all men by these presents that we Richard Covington Thomas Gouldman John Smith are held & firmly bound to .... justices of teh County of Essex in the sum of two hundred pounds sterling to the which payment & well & truly to be made bind ourselves oru heirs exrs and admrs jointly and sevearly to the sd justices their heirs & successors firmly by these presents witness our hand & seals this 16 day of August 1726.
- The condition of this obligation is such that if the above bound Richard Covington admr of all the goods chattles & credits of Eliz a Searle decd do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all & singular the goods chattels & credits of teh said dced at the time of her death or which at any time after shall come into the hands possession or knowledge of the said Richard or ....
