Edward A Pump May 6, 1918 -- Dec. 15, 2003 ------ Edward A Pump, 85, of Tiffin St died Monday at the home of his daught er on Laird Drive. He was born in Fremont to Ameil and Olive G (Nesbitt) Pump. He married Ru by E Lilley in 1938 at Grace Lutheran Church. She died Nov. 7, 1993. Mr. Pump was employed by the Whirlpool Corp. as a laborer/inspector f or 30 years, retiring in 1981. He was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church. An avid fisherman, Mr. Pu mp was also a member of the Isaac Walton League. Surviving are children Nancy (Donald) Roddy and Diane (Willie) Watts, bo th of Fremont, Patricia Fisher of Dayton and Edward Fisher of Troy; broth er Carl D Pump of Fremont; and nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildr en. In addition to his wife, he is preceded by his parents, brothers Howar d, Mervin and Norman Cook and sisters Gladys and Gertrude. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Wonderly-Horvath Funer al Home. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Paul Gruetter o fficiating. Burial: Oakwood Cemetery.
