Also a 40ac tract of land belonged to Edward Pritt deceased being part of a tract that belonged to John McAvoy The land sold seems to have been previously divvied out to the children of Edward Pritt (Pritt's of Bath, Randolph, and Nicholas Counties) and grandchildren of Edward Pritt (Miller's of Nicholas County).
