    In the name of god Amen I Edward Morgans of Glynhyvewen in the parish of Llanidloes in the County of Mountgomery gent being sick in body but in good perfect & sound memory Laud & praise be unto the Allmighty God make this my last will & Testament [confo...ing] therein my Last will in maner & forme followeing First I bequeath my Soule to god my maker & redeemer in & through whose merits I hope to receive full pardon and forgiveness of all my sinns & my body to bee buried in Christian buriall in the parish Church of Llanidloes aforesaid: Item I give and bequeath unto the sd church [...] to the poore of the sd parish in bread on the day of my buriall two shillings: And being mindefull to settle & dispose of  that [smale?] estate or [...] the lord hath beyn pleased to endowe mee with amongst my children & that eatch of them should have a [competonley?] after my decease I doe hereby give devise & bequeath unto my both Brothers in Law Jenkin Vaughan & Morgan Vaughan of Jordanston in the County of Pembrooke gen & to Moris Morgans of Llanidloes in the County of Mountgomery gen my [lwne?] Brother & to theire heires & assignes all those my messuages Lands tenements & hereditaments with thappurtenances in the parish of Trefegloes comonly caled and knowne by the severall names of Keven barrach Bulch yr helygen, and Tyddin Lottin withall theire rights members & appurtenances to the same descending & coming to me by the will of my late cousin David David Lloyd gent after the decease of his mother Margrett Morgans therein named together with all the singular the reversion & reversions remainder & remainders of the same unto & with the sd Jenkin Vaughan Morgan Vaughan & Morris Morgan & theire heires & assignes for ever to the uses herein aftermentioned & expressed by the severall names of Keven Barrach Bulch yr helygen & Tyddin Lottin aforesaid that is to say untill the sume of three hundred pounds of good & Lawfull moneys of england shall bee raised out of [...] from the said premisses for the portioning of my three daughters, Machald Morgans Jane Morgans & Margarett Morgans (viz) the sume of one hundred pounds appeece to eatch of them either by sale of the said premisses of otherwise as the dispensation of my said premises Jenkin Vaughan Morgan Vaughan & Morris Morgans or any two of them shall seem best & most convenient & after sutch times that my debts are payd & discharged out and from the profits of the same then the sd Lands & tenements with its appurtenances or [...] of the value thereof to bee and revert unto my well bee loved Sonne & heire John Morgans & his heires for ever & provided allwaies that if my said [...] manages and pay Downe the said summe of three hundred pounds and all sutch sumes of money as I am now indebted unto any person or persons that then the said Lands & Tennements aforesaid and not to be disposed of or paid my my said named friends but to bee and remaine to him my sd Son & to his heires forever any thing herein confermed to the contrary not withstanding; And my will further is that if the sd sume of three hundred pounds cannot be [wiped?] out and from the [...] premisses aforesaid that the lands by mee now held & descending to me from my father after his decease what names or titles [...] or […] be called or [known?] shall be chargeable with the payment of the aforesaid sume of three hundred pounds aforesaid and the payments of my said debts and [afterwards?] to the use and behoofe of my sd sone and heire and his heires forever; Item I doe constitute nominate and apoint my well beloved wife Sara Morgans to be my sole executrix & doe hereby give and bequeath unto her all my personall estate moveable & unmoveable shee [….] & shee paied all my sd debts and to defray my funerall expences: And my will is that if either of my said daughters shall dye or do part this life be fore shee atains one & twentie yeares of age; or that shee be married: that then her hundred pounds portion aforesaid be equally devided between the other two daughters her surviveing her; funerall charge being thereout Defraied & discharged; Item I desire my sd loveing friends aforesaid to be helpfull & ayding unto my sd Loveing wife in the […] & education of my sd children & to see eatch of them rayht hereby given equally payed performed, where I doe hereby appoint supervisers of my sd will and to oversee the educating of all my sd children; In wittness whereof I have here unto put my hand & seale the xiiith day of June Ano Domini 1672
