Both Tracts became property of the Iron Mine Company in Bristol (record of Stafford County Court). Col. John Champe Atty. for said Company never paid Quit Rents. Tracts became Lapsd & forf[e]ited. Grant to Capt. Alex'r Doniphan of Stafford County of remaining part of said Tracts VIZ: 139 acres of former & 38 acres of latter being 177 acres. On Potomack Run in Stafford County. Surv. John Mauzy.
