Edward J. Marx, 75, of Bath, passed away Monday, July 13, 2009 in Easton Hospital. Born on February 4, 1934 in Bath, he was the son of the late Paul and Mary (Fandl) Marx. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army. Eddie was employed by Keystone Cement, Bath, for 39 years. He worked in various departments and retired on December 1, 1992. After retiring, he enjoyed meeting friends for coffee at the Town & Country Restaurant.
Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Mary. They shared 35 years together. Stepson, Robert Bundy; stepdaughters, Mary Ann Schwartz and her husband, Ronald, Nancy Evans, Dianne Horvath and her husband, Dennis; brother, Joseph Marx; four stepgrandchildren; a stepgreat-grandchild; nieces, nephews, and their families. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters.
Services: 2 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2009 in the George G. Bensing Funeral Home Inc., 2165 Community Dr., Route 946, Village of Moorestown-Bath, 18014. Interment, Green Mount Cemetery, Bath.
