Funeral services for Edward F. Laughman, 47, husband of Mrs. Edna Yingling Laughman, Hanover, who died last Thursday night at the Hanover Hospital, were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Wetzel Funeral Home, Hanover. The Rev. Jacob Stauffer officiated. Interment was in the Mummert's Meeting House Cemetery, near East Berlin.
A son of the late Daniel and Maggie Markline Laughman, Mr. Laughman served with the 738th Bomb Squadron in the 464th Bomb Group during World War II. He was a member of Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren.
Surviving, besides his wife, are six sister. Mrs. Emma Shaffer, East Berlin; Mrs. Nadine Lawyer, York; Mrs. Dorothy Laughman, Mrs. Goldie Laughman and Mrs. Bessie Rue, all of Hanover and Mrs. Esther Stauffer, New Oxford.
