"John Dillingham was younger brother of Edward Dillingham, who came to New England and lived at Lynn and Sandwich. The date of arrival of Edward is not clear, as the records frequently refer simply to 'Dillingham' or 'Mr. Dillingham,' without distinguishing between John and Edward." (But there GM has found insufficient evidence of Edward's presence before 1636 to profile him.)
