   Edna C. Werner, 78, of Meyersdale RD 3 died Oct. 20, 1981, in Meyersdale Community Hospital.
   She was born Jan. 12, 1903, in Salisbury, a daughter of the late Henry (Hawn) Schramm.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence F., and a daughter, Evelyn.   She is survived by these children: George A. Hochard, Frostburg, Md.; Bert H. Werner, Earl E. Werner and Mrs. Margaret L. Shuck, all of Meyersdale; Harry R. Werner, Salisbury; and Mrs. Mary M. Murray, Somerset; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.  She was a sister of: George of Silver Bay, Minn.; Mrs. Mae Ackerman, Meyersdale; and Mrs. Ruth Kinsinger, Salisbury.  She was a member of the Amity United Church of Christ, the VFW Auxiliary and the Meyersdale Senior Citizens.   Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, where services were conducted with the Rev. Lloyd Sechriest.  Interment, Union  Cemetery.
