Edna M Carrothers Edna M Carrothers, 86, of CR 34, Green Springs, died at 9:47 p.m. Tuesda y, June 8, 2004, in Elmwood Nursing Home in Green Springs. She was born March 16, 1918, in Tiffin to the late David and Laura (Owen s) Lynch. On Feb. 27, 1941, she married Thomas L Carrothers, in Tiffi n. He died December of 1973. Survivors include: two sons, Mr. David and Connie Carrothers of Republic a nd Mr. Raymond and Barbara Carrothers of Queen Valley, Ariz.; a grandso n; two granddaughters; a great-grandson; three great-granddaughters; thr ee step great- granddaughters; and a step great-great-grandson. She is al so survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were: her parents; husband; four brothers, Clarenc e, Bruce, Ralph and Herman Lynch; three sisters, Ruth Bisson, Mamie Hoy da and Alice Rhoades; and a great-grandson. Mrs. Carrothers was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary United Method ist Church in Green Springs. She loved her flowers and was a past member of Green Springs Garden Clu b. She was also a member of Green Springs Farm Women Club. Mrs. Carrothe rs was a Tiffin Columbian High School graduate, Class of 1936. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 12, 2004, at Engle-Young Funeral H ome in Green Springs with Pastor Tim Paroz officiating. Burial wi ll be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
