- Creeke & being part of a patten of seven hundred and seven a. the said Theophilus Veale to begin at the uppermost corner tree standing in John Dangerfield's outside Lyne (Vizt) his length lyne and running into the woods towards In essence it reads in part: Edmond Pagitt, for a valuable consideration, granted and sold, from himself and Hoskins Creek and downwards towards Gilsons Mill.

- Deed, Edmond Pagett to Thomas Gouldman, 24 April 1669 KNOW ALL MEN by these pntes that I EDMOND PAGETT for & in consid: Two thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco in hand by me recd before the ensealing & delivery of these pntes have sold from mee and my heirs for ever unto THOMAS GOULDMAN his heirs for ever five hundred acres of land lyeing on Mr GILSONS CREEKE on the South side thereof and runing for length upon THEOPHILUS Lyne & for Breadth into the woods Extending toward HOSKINS CREEKE (it being pte of a pattent of Seaven hundred & seaven acres) with all rights & priviledges in the Sd Pattent wth warranty that if any pte or pcell of the sd land shall be taken away then to make Equivalent satisfaccon according to price reced & In Witness heerof I heerunto sett my hand & seale this 24th Aprill Ano 1669

- 10 Sep 1709. EDMUND PAGET of Southfarnham Parish, Essex County, planter, unto my well beloved son FRANCIS PAGET of same, carpenter. For natural affection and fatherly love. 200 acres in parish aforesaid … fork of two branches some small distance from the plantation whereon EDMUND PAGET now dwells, the one called Wolfe Pit Branch, the other called Tobacco House Branch … back line of EDMUND PAGET’s patent whereon he now lives … head of a branch butting to Wolfe Pit Branch commonly called Gregory’s Branch … to Tomlin’s Swamp … purchased from THOMAS GOULDMAN and Alice his wife 5 Nov 1672.
