Edmund was born in Belgium and came to the United States as a young man. He served with the U.S. forces in France during WWI. Edmond was employed by the Penn Iron Mining Company until it ceased operations in this area [Norway, MI]. He was a member of the Hall-DeWinter Post of the American Legion and of St. Barbara's Church [Vulcan, MI]. At the time of his death, Edmund had three grandchildren. WWI Michgan - Pvt.
