Father

Frank Tabler attended school and grew to manhood in the Grand Center KS community. On March 15, 1914 he married Miss Pearl Gregg. They were married in Osborne KS and to this union three children were born: one son, Kenneth Lee; two daughters, Mildred V. and Edith Louise.

His early adult life was spent on a farm. He was active in community affairs, serving school boards in multiple districts. In late 1936 he moved with his family to Waldo and there he served on the City Council and was employed by the city as the water superintendent.

He was a life-long member of the Grand Center Baptist church; a kind husband and father; and a good neighbor.

A full obituary was published in the Natoma-Luray Independent on September 17, 1959.
