    Edith Cora McComb, 95, Topeka, died Thursday, March 8, 2001, at a Topeka nursing home. Mrs. McComb and her husband farmed near Lyndon until 1966. She was born July 8, 1905, in Topeka, the daughter of Isaac Newton and Mary Elsie Hamilton Ice. She moved to Osage City from the farm in 1966 and then to Topeka in 1985.

    Mrs. McComb was a member of Central Church of Christ. She married Thomas Henry McComb on Feb. 8, 1938, in Lawrence. He died June 9, 1972. Survivors include a sister, Olive Hoffmeister, Topeka.

    Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel. Burial will be private.
