    [Note: it is likely that Ebenezer is a twin of Benjamin, Benjamin's birth being recorded one day before, but whose baptism (presumably the same date as Ebenezer's) would have been suppressed during the compiling of VRs since it is within one year of his birth. This source incorrectly estimates the birth of Thomas and Benjamin when records "at Hopkinton" say otherwise, apparently trying to reconcile Ebenezer's baptism. However, given the potentially loose connection between baptism and birth, if Ebenezer is not a twin, it is his birth that probably needs adjusting.]
