Vol. 49, folio 142 20 Apr 1727: Agreement between Tim'o Orne of Salem Merch't and Ebenezer Cutler of Salem Husbandman whereas Tim'o Orne owns a parcel near and abutting Ebenezer Cutler's Dwelling house settle mutually agreed on boundary with an exchange of small pieces of land and £3 10s.
Vol. 50, folio 89 reverse 16 May 1727: Agreement between Samuel Cutler and Ebenezer Cutler concerning their Fathers Inheritance, which He gave them, they "Sons of our father Sam'll Cutler of Salem" divide those lands, with building to Ebenezer, he paying the appraised value to Samuel. Acknowledged 9 Feb 1727/8.
Vol. 53, folio 198 1 Jan 1729 [third year of his Majesties reign, so between 11 Oct 1729 and 10 Oct 1730]: agreement between Ebenezer Cutler of Sutton Husbandman Mary Cutler of Salem spinster & Elizabeth Cutler of Salem spinster all of one part and Zachariah Cutler Ezekiel Cutler & Amos Cutler all of Salem Husbandmen of the other part that whereas Ebenezer Cutler late of Salem Deceased Father of ye Before mentioned parties owned estate in Sutton and Salem, Zachariah Ezekiel and Amos shall have all the Deceased's estate including widow's dower unless she require it be set out to her, paying all just debts, funeral charges, £55 11 s. to each of Ebenezer, Mary, and Elizabeth.
Vol. 66, folio 93 26 Mar 1734: Eben'r Cutler of Sutton Husbandman and Mary Sibley of Sutton Widow and Elizabeth Cutler of Salem Spinster for 5 s. release to Tim'o Orne of Salem any right we have in a Messuage in Salem now or hereafter by death of our Mother Mary Cutler of Salem Widow or any other means.
