Anthony Middleton b. 1808 and David Fulton Middleton were sons of Adam Middleton. Anthony Middleton had four children: Adam b. 1836, Georgia b. 1838, William b. 1849, and Bettie, born 1847. Bettie became Mrs. Bettie M. Rice. David Fulton Middleton had at least one child: Polly Fulton Middleton Lawson. Two grandsons of Adam were Wallace B. Middleton and William R. Middleton. They owned the farm called Cross Keys Stock Farm. Shelby and Garrard Counties are both in central Kentucky, but not adjacent to each other. Hint? Co-incidence? Dead end trail?

(Brusie) Warner Middleton b. 1854 d. 1938. I don't know why this one came up. She was born and died in Massachusetts. Race unknown.
