A graveside service for Earl Waymire will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Belle Passi Cemetery in Woodburn.
Mr. Waymire died of causes related to age Friday in his Southeast Portland home. He was 86.
He was born Aug. 21, 1907, in Humbug, Kan., and worked as a carpenter most of his life.
Mr. Waymire is survived by sons, Melvin E. and Daniel, both of Portland; daughters, Katherine Miano and Dorothea DeLaino, both of Portland, and Alberta Newton of Beaverton; sisters, Nellie Alexander and Margaret Couller,t both of Milwaukie, and Fay Sullivan of Ohio; brother, Melvin G. of Milwaukie; 18 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
