OBITUARY: EARL ANDERSON ILLNESS VICTIM OPERATION FAILS TO HELP CONDITION Earl Anderson, one of Hobart's best-liked and successful young business men, died at a local hospital at 1 o'clock this afternoon. Mr. Anderson had been in failing health for some time, and underwent a major operation Thursday morning, from which he failed to rally. He came to Hobart in the spring of 1925, and was first located in the building now occupied by the Piggly-Wiggly. Later he moved his restaurant business to the location now occupied by the Cozy Lunch, which he personally conducted, assisted by Mrs. Anderson. Business associates and friends of Earl Anderson will assemble at the Church of Christ Sunday afternoon at 2:30 for last rites for Mr. Anderson. The services will be in charge of R.F. Whitaker of Tipton, who will be assisted by W.W. Otey, pastor of the Hobart church. Aside from the wife, Grace Anderson, Mr. Anderson is Survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Anderson, a sister, Cenia Anderson; a brother, Johnnie Anderson and his wife, a brother, Ralph Anderson, all of Frederick; a sister, Mrs. Ernest Bryan and family of Roosevelt, a sister Mrs. Anna Stravlo and family of Oklahoma City. The grandmother, Mrs. T.H. McDaniel, is a resident of Hobart, as are Mrs. Anderson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. M.O. Lyle. Burial will be made in the Hobart Cemetery. Sandra C.
