Know all men by these presents that we Duncan Grigsby and Thomas McGee both of the State and County aforesaid do acknowledge ourselves held and firmly bound unto Green Wynn. Indorsee his heirs executors administrators and assigns firmly and severally by these presents in the full sun of two hundred and eighty three dollars thirty seven and one half cents.
Now the condition on the above bond is such that if the above bound Duncan Grigsby do well and truly appear at the next Superior Court to be held in said County on the Second monday in March next and answer to a Case and Bail brought against him by Green Wynn Indorse and not deport with leave of said Court then the above bond to be paid otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue in law.
