Drusilla Joyce Allen Funeral services for Drusilla Joyce Allen, age 67, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday April 12, 2008 at the North Chapel of George A Smith and Sons Funeral Home with Brother John Archer officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.

Miss. Allen died Thursday April 10, 2008 at Maplewood Health Care Center .

She was born June 27, 1940 in Humboldt, Tennessee the daughter of the late Arthur R.V. and Bernice Smith Allen. Joyce was a retired school teacher. She was Methodist in belief.

She is survived by her sister, Janell Allen of Jackson, Tennessee; brother, Arthur Wayne and wife Carolyn Allen of Newbern, Tennessee; a niece, Kim Hardin and husband Joey of Dyersburg, Tennessee; nephews, Kevin and wife Sabrena Allen, and their son Tray of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Kenneth Allen of Ripley, Tennessee.

Pallbearers to serve are Kevin Allen, Kenneth Allen ,Ricky Jelonek, Bill Taylor, Joe Pierson and Ryan Cleek. The family will receive friends today from 5:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
