    FROSTBURG Dorothy Pearl Green, 87, of Frostburg Village Nursing Home, Frostburg, formerly of Midland, went to be with the Lord, Feb. 23, 2004, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland. Born at Zihlman, March 8, 1916, the daughter of the late Alfred Rizer and Lucy (Pape) Rizer. She was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters. Surviving is her husband, Clifford Roy Green, a patient at Frostburg Village Nursing Home, whom she married in 1937.
