Dorothy M. Crumrine, 88, of Ashland passed away, Tuesday morning, Feb. 9, 2016, in her home.
She was born on April 15, 1927, to Eugene and Edna (ne Aber) Maurer in Ashland County.
Dorothy married Wilbur Crumrine in September 1947. She was a lifetime member of Christ United Methodist Church.
She was a loving and devoted mother and homemaker all of her life; Proverbs 31:10-31.
Dorothy is survived by one daughter, Cathy (Tom) Siwek of Ashland; two sons, Michael Crumrine of Hollywood, Florida, and Ken (Monica) Crumrine of Sarasota, Florida; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Lorna Snyder of Florida.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Wilbur H. Crumrine, who passed away Sept. 20, 2011; and five brothers and sisters, Clare Maurer, Leone Lanker, Naomi Maurer, Thelma Thompson and Gale Maurer.
A private interment will take place in Ashland Cemetery.
