The obituary reported the following:"Dorothy M. Williams, 88, died at 10:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at Putnam Acres Care Center, Ottawa. She was borh March 24, 1916 in Pandora to Glen and Esther Oren Hall, who preceded her i death. On June 30, 1940 she married Ralph L. Williams, who died Sept 11, 1999. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker. Survivers include a daughter, Carol Ann (Bernard David) Ovelgonne, Leipsic; two grandsons, Christorph and Jame Ovelgonne, both of Leipsic; and two sisters, Evelyn (Frank) Devore of Finalay and Themal (Harold) Gratz of Pandora. She was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Hall. Services will begin at 11 a.m. at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Ottawa. The Rev. Sharon Twining will officiate. Burial wil be in Harman Cemetery , Gilboa. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today and one hour before the services Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Putnam Acres Care Center, Putnam County Hospice, American Cancer Society or Giboa United Methodist Church in Gilboa. "
