DEATH: LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DOROTHA KNIGHT

I, Dorotha Knight, a resident of Taft, California, hereby make and declare this to be my last will and testament and revoke all other wills and codicils previously made by me.

FIRST: I declare that I am not now married. I have one child living, namely, Keith Lawrence Knight, and two children who predeceased myself, Melford Dean Knight and Carl Lawrence Knight, without issue surviving from either.

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all my property, including all property over which I may have a power of appointment, to my one living child above-named, provided he shall survive me. But if he should not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath the share he would have taken to the issue of his body, to take by right of representation. The term issue is to include all legally adopted children of my children. I purposefully make no provision for William Lee Knight, an alleged grandchild.

THIRD: I appoint Keith Lawrence Knight executor of this will. No bond or bonds shall be required for any purpose whatsoever of my executor. I authorize my executor to sell, at either public or private sale, any property belonging to my estate, either with or without notice, subject to such confirmation as may be required by law, and to hold, manage and operate any such property.

 This will was signed by me on the 30th  day of January 1973.

 The foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, was signed on the above date by the testatrix, Dorotha Knight, in our presence we being present at the same time, and she then declared to us that such instrument was her last will; and we, at her request and in the presence of each other, have signed such instrument as witnesses.
