Doris E. Dolan, 94, a resident of Friendship Haven, died Sunday, June 18, 2006 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 21 at the Friendship Haven Celebration Center with Rev. Ron Kitterman officiating. A private family interment will follow the service.
Doris Huston was born October 11, 1911 the daughter of Morris and Inez (Burt) Huston in Marshalltown, Iowa. She was a 1931 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High School. On June 6, 1933 she was united in marriage to Richard Dolan.
Those thankful for having shared in Doris' life include her children; Barbara Freeburg of Needles, California and Paul Dolan of Mesquite, Texas, grandson; Craig Shadle, granddaughter; Bethany Remland, six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Doris is preceded in death by her husband Richard, parents, daughter Kay Shadle, brother Don Huston and grandson Scott Shadle. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
