Dora Alice FENIMORE was born on 8 Jan 1886 in Battle Ground, Clark, Washington. She was issued this SSAN 572-78-7583 in 1965 in California. She died on 23 May 1985 in Whitethorn, California. In 1932 Dora and Robert were living in Ettersburg. California. Dora contacted a man named Elmer Sexton in Apr 1932 inquiring about her wishes to exhume her mothers grave in Battle Ground, Washington and re bury her beside her father Aaron Fenimore Woodburn, Oregon. The Fenimore lot in Woodburn in the Belle Passi Cemetery had one grave left. Nancy was never moved to Woodburn. Dora was born on her fathers homestead 3 miles west of Battle Ground, WA at a hamlet called Dollars Corner which is 20 miles from Vancouver, WA. Dora lived most of her life in Northern California in Humbolt county. In her early married life she lived in Ettersberg and in the Humbolt Red Woods then to the Whitethorn area where her husband ran a shingle mill.

In Aug 1911 Dora and Husband were living in Raymond, Washington. Parents: Aaron FENIMORE and Nancy Elizabeth SHARP.

Children were: Robert William SUTHERLAND , Benjamin Aaron SUTHERLAND, Helen Laverne SUTHERLAND, Dorothy Dale SUTHERLAND , Florence May SUTHERLAND, Raymond Lee SUTHERLAND, Frances Lucile SUTHERLAND , Barbara Jean SUTHERLAND, Virginia Ann SUTHERLAND.
