Donna G Baumann March 4, 1909 -- June 5, 2002

Donna G Baumann, 93, formerly of Alger St, died this morning at Parkview C are Center. She was born in Scott Twp to Howard and Juanita (Gooch) Zimmerman and grad uated from Fremont High School in 1927. She married Henry Baumann on Au g. 1, 1931, and he is deceased.

Mrs. Baumann started as deputy Fremont city auditor in July 1953 and serv ed in that capacity until December 1959. She was then elected city audit or and started her first term in January 1960. She served in that office f or five terms, retiring Dec. 31, 1979.

She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Fremont Federati on of Women, Soroptimist Club, Home Garden Club, Business and Profession al Women's Organization and the N Central OH Finance Officer's Associatio n. She was also a member of various card clubs.

Surviving are daughters Beverly Whisler and Lucy Hull of Fremont and eig ht grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded by daughter M artha K Hetrick and brother Wayne Zimmerman.

Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. today, Keller-Ochs-Koch Funeral Home.

Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Burial: Oakwood Cemetery.
