Morton – Donna M. Crumrine, 88, of Morton, passed away at 7:02 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, at Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton.
She was born Sept. 17, 1927, in East Peoria to Harry and Viola (Oetzel) Mooberry. She married George D. Crumrine on June 12, 1949, in East Peoria. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2009. She also was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Eden, and three brothers, Orville, Glen and Buford Mooberry.
Surviving are her children, Janice (Scott) Shafer, George Bradley (Lori) Crumrine and Julie (Phil) Fort, all of Morton; five grandchildren, Daniel (Cara) Crumrine, Emily Crumrine, Joseph (Rebecca) Crumrine, Drew (Lizz) Fort and Kelly (Justin) Thomas; and one great-grandson, Atticus Crumrine.
A homemaker, Donna had worked at Interlocking Fence Co. in Morton prior to her marriage.
She was a member of Morton United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Morton. Further visitation will be from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, at Morton United Methodist Church, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Gary Motta officiating. Burial will be in Roberts Cemetery in Morton.
