Per Debbie Miles, 2/4/98 e-mail. "Candice was adopted out she found us in 1990 we still keep in contact. She did tell he her birth fathers name is Donald A. Mathers and her adopted parents names are Fred W. Larsen and Mother Florence H. Marsh all parents are deceased (natural and adopted)."
