Dolores J. "Dolly" Loughner, 67, of Claridge, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born Aug. 3, 1936, in Claridge, a daughter of the late Peter P. and Helen Soltys Baloh. Prior to retirement, she was employed as a secretary for the Penn Township Police Department. She was a member of St. Barbara Church, Harrison City, the Ladies Guild and the Young at Heart. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert F. Loughner; two sons, Richard A. Loughner and wife, Lori and Ronald A. Loughner and wife, Linda, both of Penn Township; and four grandchildren, Sarah, Matt, Chelsea and Lindsay.
