Names "beloved wife Elizabeth Pennybaker and to my only child Hannah Pennybaker of Parkersburg, Wood County and State of Virginia"

Appoints "Nathan Thompson Esqr. to be my Executor of all the money and property of whatever land which I possess in the State of Louisiana", "deliver or Canoe [?] to be delivered over any ballance that may remain to Mr. John Neal of Parkersburg Virginia to be disposed of according to the directions herein contained."

Appoints John Neal "my General Executor to take the charge of the whole of my property to manage and conduct the same to the best advantage and finally to settle all my accounts and pay all my debts..."
