(Medical):Per information provided by Ken Mills, Dennis worked in a grain elevator . He was unloading a load of shelled corn on a Saturday afternoon when a belt came off of the wheel of the machine that was unloading the corn. Dennis climbed up to slip the belt back on the wheel without turning the machine off, the belt went completely over the wheel instead of on it and caused a piece of the machinery to break off and hit him in the temple. He died instantly.
