Dempsey Watson aka William Dempsey Watson lived in Carthage, Texas see is patented land. He could speak 5 languages, he was an interpreter as his job occupation. I only know some of his children, but they are listed on the censuses for rusk county, Texas Henderson Texas. Thomas Dempsey Watson, William Thomas Watson, Dewitt Watson. I know he lived in South Carolina before moving here. He traveled with John Brown Watson his cousin. The Davis family is a very close family and related to the lambs. This is a vousing to my 5th Gen W.B. Watson (1811-1889) of Rusk County Texas. As an interpreter, he did travel to California with our other family members and him and his boys lived close to our family.
