Dolores B. Fallas, 88, of Jeannette, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, in RNC of Greater Pittsburgh. She was born Feb. 10, 1924, in Munhall, a daughter of the late Elmer and Mildred (Poad) Balsinger. Prior to retirement, she was employed by the Department of Public Welfare as a clerical supervisor. She was a member of the Jeannette Alliance Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Fallas; and a daughter, LouRene Morris. She is survived by two daughters, Claudia Rugh and Mary Lou Peters and her husband, Homer V. Jr., all of Jeannette; four grandchildren, Amy Jo Reinheimer and her husband, Donald, William Michael Rugh and his wife, Susan, Joshua T. Peters and his fiancee, Antoinette Diegel, and Tara L. Myers; five great-grandchildren, William David Avolio, Jena Reinheimer, Liam A. Rugh, Fawn Marie Fidazzo and Emily C. Morris.
