Delmus B. Loughner, 90 years young, of Greensburg, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013. He was born Jan. 18, 1923, in Harrison City, the son of the late Alpheus and Jetty Lydick Loughner.
He was a member of First Reformed United Church of Christ, Greensburg. Mr. Loughner was a World War II veteran, having proudly served in the Army Air Corps. He was also very active in the Lions Club of Greensburg, and enjoyed woodworking as a hobby. Prior to his retirement, he was a supervisor for the former Greensburg Lumber and Mill Co.-Benco Products.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Eileen Amour Loughner. He is survived by his wife, Josephine Caligiure Loughner, of Greensburg; two sons, Gary (Elizabeth) Loughner, of St. Marys, W.Va., and Ellis (Beth) Loughner, of Columbus, Ohio; three stepsons, Fred (Linda) Caligiure, of Blairsville, Phillip (Nancy) Caligiure, of Conneaut, and John (Joann) Caligiure, of Pleasant Hills; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
