LIBERTY - Final rites for Mrs Della Coble Shoffner, 74, of Rt 2, Snow Camp, will be conducted Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Mt Zion Baptist Church.

She died Wednesday morning at her home following a brief illness.

The service will be conducted by the Rev Norman Livengood, pastor of Mt Zion Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Linnens Coble. She was a member of Mt Zion Baptist Church, and widow of S S Shoffner.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs Jessie L Phillips of Rt 2, snow Camp; one son, Clive H Shoffner; one brother, Claude C Coble of Rt 3, Liberty; and one grandchild.

The body will remain at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty until taken to the church 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 o'clock tonight.
