  1.   Family notes.

Delia E. Tahney had been married to Timothy E. Sullivan.
Married abt. 1894 at St. Columbkille's Catholic Church, Chicago, IL.
They had two children: John Andrew Sullivan and Joseph James Sullivan born abt 1895 and 1896. Timothy, now a Chicago Policeman, died of TB in 1899. At this time they lived at 82 Gresham Ave., Chicago, IL. This is in the Avondale area of Chicago and is in the St. Viator's Catholic Church parish of Chicago.

George J. White knew both Delia and Timothy; in fact he was the baptismal godfather of John Andrew Sullivan their first child. Timothy had been a railroad engineer (on the South Shore Line?) which ran from South Bend, Indiana to Chicago. Timothy E. Sullivan may have been born in South Bend or at least his family may have been from there when he died in 1899. His obituary in the Chicago papers included the note: "South Bend Papers Please Copy" or words to that effect.
