Obituary: Died Feb. 10, 2003 David Tullis, 48, of Buford died Monday. A native of Buford, he was the son of Thelma Phillips Tullis, Buford, and the late Henry Spurgeon Tullis. He was a residential and commercial painter. He was a 1972 graduate of North Gwinnett High School and was a member of Old Suwanee Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother; sister, Genia Lanza, Tampa, Fla.; brothers, Chester Tullis, Smiths, Ala., and Jimmie Tullis, Franklin, Tenn. The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 2003, at Zion Hill Baptist Church. The Rev. Mark Whiting and the Rev. Jack Pierce will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford
